A Hands-On Learning Experience in Sound Healing and Wellness
On 18 November 2025, participants took part in the Singing Bowl Sound Healing – Level 1 Practitioner Training, gaining practical exposure to the principles and techniques of singing bowl sound healing.
The training was designed to provide a professional foundation in singing bowl therapy, combining theoretical learning with practical application and assessment.
Understanding the Principles of Sound Healing
Throughout the training, participants explored the history and science of sound healing, the effects of sound on the nervous system and chakras, and concepts related to vibrational medicine, including resonance, entrainment and intention.
The course also introduced participants to practical areas including chakra cleansing, singing bowl placement and sequencing, grounding practices, contraindications and ethical guidelines.
Learning Through Hands-On Practice
Practical learning formed an important part of the training experience. Participants developed techniques for conducting individual sound healing sessions and had opportunities to practise using singing bowls during the training.
Assessment also formed part of the course, incorporating a practical sound healing session, a written quiz and practice case studies.
Through the combination of theory, practical experience and assessment, the training provided participants with a structured learning experience in the principles and practice of singing bowl sound healing.
