The Senior Executive MBA (SEMBA), jointly offered by Stamford and Raffles University Centre of Professional Development (RUCPD), is designed for senior executives seeking to strengthen their business knowledge and leadership capabilities through a practical, business-oriented learning experience. The programme is a Non-MQA masterclass in Business Administration.

SEMBA covers key areas of contemporary business management, including strategic and operations management, marketing and communications, human resource management, business finance and accounting, international business, project management and organisational behaviour, culminating in a final project.

Designed for Working Professionals
The programme runs for eight months and can be undertaken physically or online. Assessment is 100% assignment-based with no examination, providing a flexible learning structure for experienced professionals.
SEMBA also recognises previous learning and professional experience. Participants may apply for credit transfer or exemptions based on previous courses, work, training and professional experience, with up to 50% of programme units potentially exempted, subject to evaluation.
