Building Confidence, Professional Image and Workplace Etiquette
Professional presence extends beyond appearance. The way individuals present themselves, communicate and interact with others can influence first impressions, build confidence and shape professional relationships.
Through a two-day intensive Corporate Grooming training, participants explored the essential elements of professional image, personal grooming, communication and workplace etiquette. The programme was designed for participants from diverse professional backgrounds who wanted to strengthen their personal presence and project a confident and polished professional image.
From Personal Image to Professional Presence
The training guided participants through key aspects of image and grooming standards, professional dress codes, body and colour analysis, and individual style personality. Through these areas, participants gained greater awareness of how personal style can communicate identity and professionalism in the workplace.
The programme also covered practical self-care and grooming, including personal hygiene, skincare, hair care and basic make-up techniques, helping participants understand how these elements contribute to an appropriate and professional appearance.
Strengthening Communication and Workplace Etiquette
Beyond appearance, the training emphasised the importance of professional behaviour and communication. Participants explored vocal and body language, communication etiquette, professional handshakes, and techniques for introducing and remembering names.
Learning was supported through a combination of group exercises, questionnaires, hands-on activities, feedback, case studies and role-play, allowing participants to translate the concepts into practical workplace situations.
By bringing together professional grooming, personal style, communication and etiquette, the training provided participants with practical insights to enhance their confidence and strengthen the way they present themselves in professional environments.
