The Iskandar Malaysia Human Resource Summit 2023 (IMHRS) brought together over 250 HR leaders and practitioners to discuss the most recent trends and issues in human capital, particularly in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Key topics covered during the summit included ‘Trends in Developing Human Capital within the Digital Marketplace’ and ‘Exploring Opportunities in Crossborder Digital Marketplaces.’ Additionally, there were updates provided on the progress of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) development and industry programs related to micro-credentials.

A notable highlight of the event was the presentation on the Iskandar Malaysia Employment Grant (IMEG), which played a crucial role in enabling companies within Iskandar Malaysia to retain and hire more than 3000 employees, particularly during the pandemic.

Participation in this significant event was an honor for the Raffles University Centre of Professional Development (RUCPD).
